Architects for this Air Force NCO Club revitalization at Hurlburt Field, Florida. In lieu of the fact that the existing NCO Club was losing money, a special committee was formed to address this and authorized a “proof-of-concept” prototype revitalization. The designer analyzed the demographics and decided on a NASCAR-themed sports bar and restaurant with an included game room and retail area. This allowed the club to be more competitive with the bars and restaurants off-base. Bogden Architects prepared all construction documents and coordinated with all of the consultants. The project was built in 59 days, came in under budget and has been performing above expectations. Hurlburt Field, Florida.
