Berger Health System Same Day Care Unit and 4 story MOB addition

Design Architects for the new Same Day Care Unit including (2) Procedure rooms and (2) Endoscope procedure rooms, Central Sterile and 15 bed Pre-op/Second Stage Recovery. Project also includes a new (4) story Medical Office Building. Construction was multi-phased beginning with Phase I, the relocation of administration wing, Phase II the expansion of the parking to allow room for the construction and Phase III the construction of the MOB and SDCU. The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital (3rd floor BMT unit)

Architects for the renovation of the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at the James Cancer Hospital. Project consists of re-designed patient rooms, nurses’ stations, new mechanical units and new finishes throughout. Project will be completed in phases while the units remain operational. Design was completed as a collaboration between Bogden Architects and Brenner Design of Indianapolis. Columbus, Ohio. Budget $2,400,000.


Berger Health System, Urgent Care and Emergency Services Expansion

Architects for the addition and redesign of the urgent care, triage and emergency entrances and waiting areas. The primary purpose of the project was to re-direct patients to the proper services upon entering the hospital. Circleville, Ohio. Budget $250,000.


Berger Health System, Ambulatory Care facility (Medical Mall South)

This community based ambulatory care facility project involves three phases with a first phase roof replacement, second phase new facade, and the third phase renovation of the 17,000 s.f. of space. The new tenants in the building consist of a 2,500 s.f. MRI facility, a 2,500 s.f. women’s diagnostic treatment facility, a 2,000 s.f. Medicaid/Medicare facility, a 2,000 s.f. specialty clinic, a 2,000 s.f. durable medical equipment retail area, and 6,000 s.f. of available space for future tenants. Circleville, Ohio. Budget $2,900,000.


Berger Health System, Business & Professional Annex (Medical Mall North)

Architects for the three-phased conversion of a 24,000 s.f. facility into a nine suite office complex with a medical clinic. The clinic contains six examination rooms and a nurse's station with laboratory facilities. The phases consist of a business office and clinic design, site and shell modifications, and tenant improvement office suites. Circleville, Ohio. Budget $1,800,000.


Medical Arts Building

The project scope consisted of a design for a 13,000 s.f. two story building for 6 physicians’ offices. Due to the site’s steep slope, the design allowed for a front entry to the second floor at grade, and a rear entry to the first floor at grade. The two floors, each containing 3 suites, were connected by a stair tower. Cincinnati, Ohio. Budget $1,200,000.
