Bank One Cafeteria
Architect for the planning and design of the Corporate Cafeteria Renovation. The project required an initial study of the kitchen and server area for operational requirements to accommodate 1,200 to 1,500 employees during hours of operation, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and carry-out services. The study also entailed the examination of the main dining area, exterior patio seating and executive dining room to look at traffic flow and seating capacities. The programming for the project included a large conference room for 100 people with video and teleconferencing capabilities, a retail store for the corporation logo items, as well as the kitchen, server, dining and exterior patio areas. The project included all new furnishings and finishes through out. In addition, new designs were developed for the server, the retail area, a graphics program, the landscape and exterior seating as well as kitchen equipment. Columbus, Ohio.
China Jump Restaurants
Architects for the planning, design and construction of three restaurants in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, market. The project consisted of assisting the owner and retail design consultant with site selections, project cost estimating, customer service area, kitchen and drive-through design. The projects were the prototype designs for freestanding, in-line and home delivery unit restaurants which are to be used for a 75 restaurant program to cover the Philadelphia and New Jersey market areas. Architects for the design of a 3,500 s.f. retail space for a fast food restaurant. The project included a private dining room, as well as kitchen design and seating arrangement. The design is to be used as a prototype for additional franchises.
American Legion Post 532
Architects for the preliminary design of a new 16,000 s.f. meeting hall and lounge. Included in the design was a large multi-purpose assembly hall, office area, as well as a restaurant, bar and dining area. The building design was integrated into the surrounding 11 acre site to effectively accent the site's lake and wooded areas. Columbus, Ohio.
