Project began with feasibility study consisting of code analysis, schematic designs, and a cost estimate for a town-ship bond issue. The project included construction administration for the renovation of the existing fire station and design changes to include additional bays, a township meeting hall, offices, and second story living quarters. Franklin County Animal Shelter, Feasibility Study
Architects and Strategic Research Consultants for the Franklin County Animal Shelter Feasibility Study. The study included a comprehensive assessment of the existing building including intake, holding, surgery and administration. The project also included the preparation of an in depth research and strategy report regarding demographics, socioeconomic factors, trends and the current state of the industry. Comparative architectural schematics and budgets were prepared for both a potential remodeling and addition to the existing facility or a proposed new 63,000 square foot state-of-the-art $10-13M sheltering facility. Hocking County Courthouse
Renovation of three floor Courthouse atrium including repair of water damaged ceilings arches and dental work. Damaged areas were re-plastered, and painted. The atrium skylight was opened to allow natural light into the space. Logan, Ohio.
Madison Township Meeting Hall
Architects for the historical renovation and restoration and structural analysis for a 13,500 s.f., three story building constructed in 1875. Areas that were replaced included the building's windows, roofing, and mechanical/electrical facilities. The renovation areas also included the board room, trustee’s offices, ancillary community program rooms, as well as the public auditorium or assembly room. Groveport, Ohio.
