Bank One Corporate Center
Architects working in collaboration with Fitch, Inc. to design a 2,700 s.f. combined cafe/banking center/retail space within Bank One’s 800,000 s.f. corporate office complex. The banking center portion was designed to be a showcase of Bank One’s interactive technologies and incorporated a video banking terminal that was shielded from public view by liquid crystal privacy glass. Society National Bank, Blue Ash
Architects for the design of this new 4,000 s.f. bank branch facility at the Reed/Hartman location. The challenge was completing the project from start of the design to construction completion on an accelerated 120-day schedule. Blue Ash, Ohio.
Society National Bank, Hamilton
Architects for the design of a new 3,600 s.f. bank branch facility at the Washington/SR 177 location. The project included site planning and the continuation of a new signature package. Hamilton, Ohio.
Southern Illinois Surgical Appliances
Architects for the design of a 10,000 s.f. office warehouse and showroom building for home health care products. The retail sales area layout included sound-proof rooms for hearing aid fitting and testing, discrete prosthetic fitting rooms, as well as a product service area. The ultimate design challenge became building an up-scale facility which at the same time maintained a warm, inviting atmosphere. West Frankfort, Illinois. Budget $750,000.

Ameritech Cellular & Paging Retail Stores
Architects for the redevelopment of a retail store prototype. This project consisted of the development of floor plan for each of the 4,000 s.f. retail stores. The scope of work included developing construction documents, and following through with construction administration. Over the course of three years, we had designed and constructed fifty stores throughout the mid west. Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.
